2 Kings 6:8-17; Isaiah 6:1-7

Today’s message shifts the focus from what Prayer does for God to what it does for us when we pray. Obviously, prayer allows us to ask for and receive things from God; God wants us to ask for what we want. But of equal or greater importance, Prayer makes it possible for us to see our circumstances, and even people (including ourselves), as God sees them. In short, Prayer is our spiritual eyesight. Pastor Trevor draws on 2 Kings 6 and Isaiah 6 to demonstrate how prayerful men who abided in God’s presence were able to see the spiritual world that undergirds the physical one. There is more to be seen than what our human eyes can see!
