Ketosis is the biological process whereby your body burns excess fat as sugar. However, it only activates in the absence of the regular sources of sustenance. In other words, you don't see that power source unless you are left hungry. Citing four Bible stories that demonstrate "spiritual ketosis," Pastor Trevor shows how God deliberately allows "famines" in our lives, so that He can reveal HIMSELF as sufficient to sustain us. But we need not wait for the "famines" of life. If we want to see God's strength revealed, then we can volunteer to be hungry; we can go on a "spiritual diet." Pastor Trevor offers four examples of spiritual diets at the end of this message.
