Trevor Schaffrick

Trevor joined the BFAC family in October of 2016. He grew up on a farm near Barrhead, AB, the second of five children. He studied at Augustana Campus, U of A (Camrose), where he met the love of his life, Amy. They have four children: Samuel, Alan, Joanna, and Jesse.

Trevor gets his greatest joy from sharing the Truths in the Bible. He has found that the more he learns, the more he CAN learn, and the Word comes to life. He also enjoys music, playing with his kids, and designing and building houses (he was in construction prior to the call to ministry.) Trevor sees the Church not as God's trophy case, but God's workshop - a place for people who know they need help to find love and support from others who are on the same journey. He tries to teach and preach in such a way that people with no church background can understand the Bible and the message of Jesus.
