The Realer World 4: The Satan and the Demons

This message summarizes not only WHO "the" Satan and the demons are, but WHY these formerly angelic beings fell from glory. We learn that the Fall of humanity in the Garden of Eden is not, in a sense, the "original" sin, rather that we as humans were falling for the same lie that caused Satan's fall before the world was made. We also learn that God has specifically called the Church - human beings who know Jesus - to reveal the "wrongness" of Satan to the entire spiritual world. We do this simply by being happy, UNDER the dominion and restriction of God, rather than apart from it. Who would have thought that any person who can sincerely sing the old children's song, "I've got the joy... down in my heart... and I'm so happy... I've got the love of Jesus..." would prove to be the force that ultimately condemns Satan and the demons!
